Does Nobody Check the IP Exemptions Anymore?

I ran into 2 (THATS TWO) people in my guild that claimed to take a weekend to get theirs implemented. Applied on Friday and it was implemented on the following Monday, it was them and their husbands( ex EQ players ). I figure there is some secret sauce you must put on it to get accepted/approved. Enough to really irritate ... I think if you mention kids, sadly, they don't approve it. Try re-applying under a new account and say its for you are your wife/husband

Enough to really piss some people off I tell you. Its awesome yall brought old EQ back but really wanna set you on fire in the same day......love and hate all in one *let my kid play with me!!!!*

Was it recent for them? Exemptions use to be done much more frequently and quicker then they are now due to it being summer time. Reapplying wont do anything considering they will still have to give the same exact information and they work from bottom to top so new requests are done last.

Like others have said, it USED to get done far more quickly.

I know that Sirken knows about the exemption backlog as of the other day, so hopefully something comes of it soon.

they fulfilled at least 2 requests 3 weeks ago at least. These people were on with their spouses, grouped with them, I talked with them, no doubt to me it was real. I dont believe any hoopla about backlog anymore. My request isnt being fulfilled so I feel ok about speaking out about it. If you mention kids on your request its denied.

If this is true then they should post screencaps of the messages they got when approved. Not calling you a liar, I just think someone somewhere is mistaken.

then dont believe it. I have a kid (8) excited to play and he aint being approved while spouses in their 40s are. Hes getting an education on how life works thats for sure. We'll bark when its unfair. Way its gonna be

Umm just a FYI not sure how computer savy your 8 year old is but he might not be able to complete a GM "boxing test". That was the main reason i never bothered for my son was because of his age. Most 8 year olds arent going to be able to read, respond, produce action(things like running figure 8's, etc) in a reasonable amount of time for a GM to think you are not boxing. Some 8 year olds are prodigies though i guess.

this really is offtopic from the original point I was trying to make. But yeah he can read, perform functions, hes been playing with me since he was 3. Wants to play EQ, can run in a fu*king circle if you want him to lol
