NPC Spawn Issue: Lord Grimrot (both versions)

I killed the dead version at skeletons, when he died his head pop'd up on my curser and he also dropped one.

I deleted both and heard the echoes of crying clerics.

ive made him spawn twice. you know hes about to pop when a smaller than normal skellys spawns.

I don't see anything indicating Lord Grimrot would summon items when killed. Tried him out again, and all is well.

Ghanex Drah, on the other hand, was producing 2 heads when killed. Fixed.
