I guess it's like switching from windows to linux, you have a learning curve.

IOW, this guy is smart. Last expensive pair of shoes I bought only lasted me a month before the soles ripped apart.

I actually bought shoes at Wal-Mart once, I needed to mow and all I had were dress shoes and some good running shoes. I figured it wouldn't really matter if I was just using them for the grass.

They are horrible and a waste of money. I had no traction, they slipped around as I walked and good luck if you walk on an incline. You don't skimp on shoes. I would have been better off sticking a $20 to each of my feet and walking on that.
