Item span/mouseover tag.

Since the last patch I haven't had any of my items showing the mouse over tag. I can get it to show in my backpacks IF I hold down alt and mouse over but it doesn't show on my equipped items no matter what.
It's not a game breaker or anything but it's pretty annoying, especially when I try to inspect people. Item inspect on others shows a blank box. >_<
Any ideas how to fix this?

Keep restarting your PC until it comes back.

Sigh, I've restarted quite a bit since the problem started to no avail. :/
