Does anyone have a chair that's decent for knees (you'd know if it was an issue), lower back, and neck? I fidget like mad in my chairs.
I'm looking for a computer chair that has a seat tilt option. Seat tilt has been pretty amazing for my lower back. It's usually indicated by the third adjustment level in photos.
  1. Height adjustment

  2. Back rest adjustment

  3. Seat tilt adjustment

Most "ergonomic" chairs seem to mostly be gimmicks that tout lumbar support and back rest tilt, which is not what I'm after.
I like some of the features on some of the DXracer Chairs, but they don't have a seat tilt... and seem to be marketed for their style
I've not been a fan of lumbar supports.
Herman Miller Aeron or Steelcase Gesture.

Thank you for the suggestions. I checked them both out and wrote to both. Waiting on the response from one. It's really difficult to find a chair that has a seat tilt. I'm start to suspect that seat tilts eventually lead to unwanted 'play' in the elevation piston.

The search continues

Go to a herman millar store if you have one nearby. I went to one on a lunch break and they let me test out their products. Instead of Aeron, I ended up getting an Embody chair with its accompanying desk. The two together are super comfy, but I can't speak to whether it's good for back pain. Here are the chair's adjustments.
