This same thing happened to me but it was kith forest. To fix it I had to reinstall the game to a different spot on the hard drive. I had a laptop with the game on it so I copied the game files onto a thumb drive then inserted it into the USB and made a new icon to launch from the USB. So say you installed it to c/program files just install to c. Hope that helps.
