Does Clarity tick with server..

Probably a dumb question, but I'm having a hard time seeing the ticks for what they are. As a shaman, Im curious to know...Does Clarity tick with the server tick every 6 seconds. Assuming my connection is flowing and without enough lag to disrupt the server tick. When I'm canni dancing, its assuming Im doing it immediately after ther server/clarity tick right?

At least on my UI, the actual server tick occurs when your mana increases by 1. The "tick" with your meditate plus mana regen numbers isn't the real tick and standing up after that will cause problems with your Canni or Manna Robe dancing.

It takes a while to get the hang of it, but you should be able to tell if you're timing it right by checking your mana value each time you stand up to cast and making sure it's the right number relative to the last time you stood up during your dance.

More than just Clarity that can give false ticks, it can happen solo with no other buffs. There is no easy way to explain it, the only way to learn it is practise. Once you've been canni-dancing long enough you learn when you're catching the tick and when you're catching false ticks.
