Zero (0) point to Valkyrie's new promotion of the Nostalrius servers being restored and launched. The Chinese farmer accounts will be enabled as well and the moment the project starts showing signs of a large population, it all goes to crap just like it did last time.

Kronos took a stand and banned the use of VPN's & Proxies so mainland Chinese players would be stopped cold. Originally, exemptions were given to specific Chinese guilds that swore they were after PvE / PvP goals like everyone else, but those were revoked after numerous exploits and evidence of farming / account leveling / pvp ranking for cash.

I get that it's harsh to point the finger at one geographic location as a source of a critical problem for a server's health, but you had to PLAY on old Nostalrius from about 5 months before its close until the last day to get an insight as to what was really going on. It was filthy.
