Post MC and maybe ZG you wouldn't let a druid thru the raid door unless it was resto spec. But during the blue/dungeon gear phase this spec is great to fill thr gaps dps/tank/heal.

For PvP you'd want the resto/bear charge spec.

0/30/21 is great spec for I guess true hybriding. Really enjoyed it on retail till TBC then went full Feral coz it was finally viable.
