It's up to them. It is also mentioned that they can pull the plug on the rare items when they feel enough have dropped. They will be keeping track of this stuff.

Level 35 bard available tonight for grouping/farming etc. but i won't be on until after 7 or 8pm central time. depends on kids and their willingness to go to sleep :P after that I can part--AY all night. :P and i can group with level 50's :P i don't even mind the exp lreduction. Yes. Trivial loot table is activated for rare drops. Need to kill light blue or higher.

Yes. So anything light blue and up. It's cool and all but i'm gonna lvl as usual. It';s like playing the lotto. I don't expect me and most others to get a ton of shit.
