It would have prevented people from putting cloth shirts in the trade box in attempt to scam.

15 seconds in MS paint btw.

Sounds like time and effort, I don't think they thought 1000s of the things would exist on the live servers so it wouldn't be a big deal.

I think even attempting it should be a perma ban personally, or any other item of that nature.
