Miscellaneous: Citizens of Froststone (faction)

As of 1/26/2017, killing the Ry`Gorr orcs in Eastern Wastes and Crystal Caverns does not give faction hits for the Citizens of Froststone. Additionally, the Crystal Caverns zone identifier does not exist (or is not easy to discover). e.g. /who all crystal

The faction hits were not added until 2002 [Luclin].
