From a Troll Shaman PvP guide, the earliest rendition I found of it was early 2002, but that still meants it was in the game at that point. I'm willing to bet that it was invetory click from the start up until some point, but this is the best evidence I can find that it, in fact, was available. This one actaully is quoting information about the Shovel of Ponz, which leads me to think all four of the items were inventory clickable



Please give us reclaim energy, its bad enough our pets are almost always green at 51! Not a new spell to 55 either (i.e. a lot of recasts unless its a group)!
