As of today's patch, Sultin is on beta-neutral faction. Given that he is, of course, in the Temple, and that Alla lists him as being on Temple of Sol Ro faction, I have wasted many an hour on shadowed men. [You must be logged in to view images. Log in or Register.]

Quest works as of now, i just finished the Rod of Insideous Glamour and Incandscent gloves.

Turned in 100 bloodstones to Tarn and no change in faction. Is this working as intended?

Ingenious enchanters have other ways of making mobs/NPC's amiable. Trust me i was a bit apprehensive when i figured it out. But im now the proud owner of a new clicky rod and gloves.

NM - still indifferent to Tarn, but amiable now to Sultin.

He is now on Temple of Solusek Ro faction. There are several turnins you can do to remedy this.
