The ogre in TD next to the boat to Overthere drops a +int face mask, hat, and earring. Think it's close to being doable at 30. Might be closer to 35.

Mistmoore has the advisor robe and nightsade wreath. Crystal Caverns has 2 robes as well. Tower of Frozen Shadow has an earring and a range slot on the first 2 floors. You'll want a group for the 30 range.

Scryer in upper guk drops +int wrist. Ancient croc drops sleeves. Also, in lower guk there's the braided cinch cord and the runed cowl, probably looking at more upper 30's for a group for those camps.
