Na, IC has a long cast time and most people who see you cast it can just get out of range before it lands. That was my problem with my mage. The casts times were so high it was difficult to land on people. Wizards are glass cannons. I have no problem with them having a hard hitter like IC.

I had a 57 wizard on SZ, it was difficult to get spells like IC off (enless I was camping the druid portals, which I loved to do) and I got raped pretty hard if I weren't careful.

I expect nothing less from a noobtuber. Did you AE zonelines too?
