So lower guk has been down since yesterday afternoon, and nobody is answering petitions to remove stuck characters. Can we get a response about this?

I applaud the devs for doing this in an effort to get people out of their comfort zone. Instead of this 'normal' high level dungeon, come to the Hole. We welcome you with open arms!

Except nobody can leave Rygar, because their characters are stuck in a zone that is down. I'd love to come to the hole =P

Seconded. My lowbie Rogue went down there for a mask, and my main followed to help him get it. Both stuck. Totally sucks.
