Exclamation Warrior Pike #4, broken dialogue with Kyg

I have encountered an upset in the dialogue to begin the quest for the Trooper's pike. When speaking to Drill Intructor Kyg a warrior asks the Instructor about Footman Moglok. Kyg responds as such:

Drill Master Kyg says 'My dear friend, Warlord Hikyg of the Swamp Gate has encountered some difficulty with a Trooper Moglok. He requested that I find a brave soldier to take charge of the situation. Are you willing to [assist Warlord Hikyg]?'

Naturally I answer by saying "I am willing to assist Warlord Hikyg" The problem is that the answer gets Kyg to respond in an entirely off the wall manner:

Drill Master Kyg says "The Warlord's name? I believe it was...wait a minute! Why does this concern you? All you need to know is that the Warlord is very brave and serves this Legion proudly unlike you! If you wish to prove yourself you'll speak to War Baron Eator regarding his findings and give him this to show your worth."

Normally he ends up handing you a letter to take to Trooper Moglok in the Swamp of No Hope in order to start hunting Frogloks for their delicious brainmeats. I received no such letter and as you can see.. he certainly didn't mention Moglok.

I suspect that this dialogue is hoping to quest dialogue pertaining to Warlord Xyzith from Pike #7 or Pike #8.. just conjecture.

Thank you for your time and I hope this is resolved swiftly and with much ease. We appreciate your work.
