I would second a lot of the comments, great suggestions. Here are some of the toys I still use on my bard that you could begin thinking about and acquiring at level 46.
Peggy Cloak is awesome and gives you a clicky levitate that lasts 18 minutes? as opposed to singing steel boots which is about 2 or 5 mins? SS Boots are group effect though so nice in some scenarios. You can farm Quill solo but it is a lot more efficient and you can guarantee you get every Quill and every cloak if you bring a friend or two. http://wiki.project1999.com/Quillmane http://wiki.project1999.com/Pegasus_Feather_Cloak Bracer of Hammerfal is a decent bracer on it's own 5 Stamina and 35 HP so at level 60 it's over 50 HP bracer slot and can be done easily at 46. It's perfect for bard b/c you have to run across a couple zones and invis through Kael to turn in. The real value of the bracer isn't the stats though it's the effect of "Summon Throwing Hammer." You never have to carry shurikans/too any stacks of javs or whatever - you can just summon a stack of 20 throwing hammers whenever you need to pull or use a ranged item. This is a must have for bards and other pulling classes. http://wiki.project1999.com/Velium_Retrieval http://wiki.project1999.com/Bracer_of_Hammerfal Jboots are clutch if you don't have them yet. A lot of people think bards have it all for travel but these are nice to have especially if you'll be leveling up doing charm killing. It's always good to have a little buffer for speed in case you get caught in a tough situation and need some space before you can get off a selo's. There many ways to camp these, the NRo would prob be a pain for you b/c porters pop in and kill the mob instantly but if you can get the OOT camp you'd be able to hold it down / kill AC when he pops. http://wiki.project1999.com/Journeyman%27s_Boots_Quest http://wiki.project1999.com/Journeyman%27s_Boots Goblin Gazughi Ring is an awesome item if you're going to be charm killing to level 60. It's not the most important item but it allows you to instantly break charm and that can be valuable when you're killing 2 mobs in tight quarters and worrying about runners, getting things as low as possible before breaking charm, etc. You can easily camp it at 46 and bard is good for camping but it is pretty rare and can take a while. http://wiki.project1999.com/A_Sarnak_courier http://wiki.project1999.com/Goblin_Gazughi_Ring
