Can confirm this is still a thing. Was in City of Mist leveling and an SK rushed our group and used Harmtouch on a necro and then he died. 30 seconds later he comes back naked and uses harmtouch on the necro again thinking he could kill him with bind rushing Harmtouch. We had a cleric in group so he failed over and over.
