Do the Tarton's Wheel quest and put the Star of Eyes in your main inventory. Load your nuke with a recast delay in spell gem 1. After you cast the spell activate your star of eyes and then you will be able to use that nuke again before the recast delay was complete.

Thanks, I am working on that staff quest off and on. Died in Lguk, was awful CR died right at hand and didn't get the rod. I will try it when i am higher lvl again. [You must be logged in to view images. Log in or Register.]
