Spells: Taper Enchantment broken since last patch

The level 1 enchanter dispell, Taper Enchantment, seems to have no effect now. It won't dispell a single buff or debuff regardless of how many times it is recast on the target.

Before the patch, Taper Enchantment was working. Maybe this change had unintended consequences. What "support" was supposed to be added?

Works as bad as classic is the support added I believe.

edit: shortens duration of top slot only "it seems" and doesn't work like a normal dispel? At least that's what I am finding ingame and out.

"This spell says it 'removes enchantments' but that's a bit of a amisnomer.

What this spell actually does is reduce the duration of all enchantments on the target (beneficial or otherwise).

It dosn't reduce by much, when I cast this spell at level 3 on my pet with Strengthen and Haze on it, it took about 5 castings to remove Haze and then one more to remove Strengten (I suppose Strengthen has a longer duration.)

Rather than remove an effect, it reduces its time remaining.
