Imbued Granite Spauldors become rogue usable (again, since they used to be on P99)

Doesnt that happen with Chardok 2.0 as well, does anyone know for sure?

Doing research a few months back I discovered that Verant toyed with adding Triple attack to ranger as well as monks. Turns out they outdpsed monks with that change and so they added an attack buff at 55 and 60. Poor rangers wouldn't get it for years.
That probably works out in rangers favour. They are already pretty aggro ganky. Adding a whole bunch of extra swings makes that worse. Making their existing swings better perhaps the way to go.

Also, I suspect triple attack would have been level 60 only. The attack buff will benefit rangers while they are levelling up as well as at 60.
