The City of freeport Features a well-fortified City wall with several passages. The two biggest gates that come to mind are the one towards East Commonlands and the one towards the Norther Desert of Ro.
I would recommend contacting the local militia guarding these two gates to find out of either one of the gates is for sale.
The West Freeport gate is - amongst others - guarded by Guard Jacsen, while the gate in East Freeport is guarded by Guard Sheg and Guard Wytiffin.
