Even if the gun was owned legally, it still wouldn't matter. The guy had no previous record except for a speeding ticket. They can limit the laws on guns but there is no taking back the excess amount of guns in the US. Situations like these will always happen since there is no way to officially evaluate someone who is crazy and it doesn't really matter if it's car, bomb, gun or knife. What people are thinking and how they act outside of their minds are completely different things. Take Farzo for example......I seriously think he believes other people laugh at stuff he posts.....reality?...... They don't.
