I will always go with something that is 1 more dmg 1 more delay. Mathematically speaking, the difference once hasted will be in the decimal points. And then you not only get the 1 dmg, you mite get more dmg bonus for higher delay.

Basic Econ. The price inherently will reflect the markets MAXIMUM willingness to pay. IE things should sell for as much as the majority of the market will pay (for middle end goods and pixels).
