As much as I'd love to this would require either:

If walls are in issue. Then look to Ethernet of Power devices. You can run them off 1 panel or sometimes even through a sub panel to main to outlets. I’ll let you do the research so you have some light reading. You can get them at local big box stores. However I would suggest getting them online as they are a newer type of tech always evolving.
