I am also intrigued by the potential for blockchain technology but the current method of using it for currencies doesn't have my interest. I have a hard time betting against central banks getting their way. If it does stick around and there is no getting around it why wouldn't countries just create their own forcing everyone to flock to the new currency backed by a country like the US? I am on board with the idea of a digital currency if done right though.
For now I'm investing around it because I'm aggressive enough as it is with my investments but I'm excited to see where it goes.
