monk shackle quests

are the quests live? i was talking to the nps'c that SHOULD start the quest line but they said nothing to me. anyone have any luck with it?

they are. I've done the first few. are you sure you're talking to the correct npc?

none of the npc's in the monk guild area say anything accept one. and there is no quest dialog to follow

perhaps your faction isnt high enough?

There's a quest that allows you to obtain the starter weapon / item for the various iksar guilds. I did it for the shadowknights being human at dubious, but the very next quest step required amiable.

I have gotten my shackle of copper so far. I have most of the items for bronze, and the key from dalnir for steel. So I am close. However, I have read some people have had issues with Rinmark in TD not responding correctly. Regardless, unholy cold stones are not dropping from priests in Perma until the next patch.
