I saw this one guy who came from live, lvl his cleric at a truly crazy rate. He managed to get from lvl 1-40 in 2 weeks without twink or pl. Of note is that the individual seems to have an above average ability to convince others to join him. (The combination of a good group and a long grind session can yield amazing results in the lower levels. For instance going lvl 25-34 in one day at HHK goblins vs 10 days of lfg in unrest for the same xp)
If leveling speed is your goal, then heading to the proper zones and actively forming your own groups is the 2 biggest things you can do.
As a low lvl cleric (sub CH), you will most likely need to do some convincing of ppl to invite you over shaman and druid, this issue is however off set mostly by the ease of grouping above lvl 40, where its best to have a cleric in each group.
