Removing ooc will not cause a single red lifer to leave. It will increase pop. More blues have left from agatha drugged out nonsense than pvp. These people are fully aware of hiding ooc but the fact that it's there is a problem. Removing ooc will do nothing but benefit pop.

I would say a properly staffed support will benefit. 'toxiic' speach in a public channel? Instant bounce. Repeat offender? Ban.

I remember when ooc was made server wide and it helped in a huge way. The fact it was hijacked was a failure of staff. There were plenty of people willing to volunteer and their offers were rejected or ignored and then staff would say we don't have the staff available to handle these issues in a timely fashion.
