I have blocked him for continuing to remove valid content from the wiki even after acknowledging (and responding to) my explanation that it was a problem.
We all make mistakes, and clearly David just wanted to make the wiki better because he also made many great additions, so I sincerely hope he will reconsider his stance and decide to contribute in a more respectful way.
