![]() Hey all,
Got my monk to lvl 30 last night and was expecting an immediate effect on my dmg output using my old trusty T-staff. However it appears I'm not hitting harder at all. I thought there was a damage cap that was removed at lvl 30. Am I just wrong on that? Or is the increase in dmg just very subtle?

![]() It seems to affect the weapon damage, not the actual damage output, so high str can still put you over those numbers.
Basically, from 10-19 the damage of any weapon would be restricted to 14 (max output (dmg x 2) w/out high str=28), and from 20-29 the damage restricted to 30 (max output w/out high str=60) Does that make sense?

![]() the cap is a damage of 30 ... level 30 removes that cap so Tstaff can start hitting for (29 x 2) + whatever

![]() Would it be better to use an Imbued Fighters Staff over T-staff pre 50 where the T-staff starts to proc?

![]() No, the ratio and speed are both better on the t-staff. If you're not liking the damage output, it would be better to dual wield some weapons.

![]() For white damage alone Tstaff will always be a bit better than IFS (but not by a ton). After 50 when the proc kicks in, Tstaff is much better.
