Lots of guilds are in HS. If it was important for you to get keyed you should have tried harder to beat them to the camps.

Soooo Fusion had it for a few keys at launch, TR took the camp on a technicality, then passed it to Divinity who has had it ever since.

VD and DG don't have HS keys to my knowledge, unless someone passed them the Prod camp at some point, which is unlikely.
