Missing Characters

I went to log into my account today and both of my characters are gone.

Make sure you logged into the correct server, if they are really deleted make a post in the petition section.

What is the best flag for missing / deleted characters? reimbursement?

It was a bug or something. Dunno. But thry are there now

When I log in I just mash the enter key a few times after entering my password. Sometimes I'll load into a server with no characters. When I quit out, the Quick Join button down below is labeled something else, usually the Grand Creation server. This happens when, for other mystery reasons, the P99 servers don't appear on server select. Don't panic when this happens, just exit out and try logging in again.

edit: then try exiting and logging in again, and again, and again, and keep trying until they show up. Or go outside and take a walk, pet a dog, eat a pineapple. P99 will be here when you get back. Or it won't and you'll still encounter an empty server select. Life is a mystery.

Yup to all the above.
It happens to me sometimes too.
I exit the game, sometimes unplug the modem, give it a few minutes and try again. Bye and bye it comes back.

I once had the exact problem, but in my case I had two accounts with the same password, and accidentally logged into the wrong one. Since I never used the second account, and forgot I even had it, I was super confused as to where my characters went (until I figured out what was going on).
