Making an ALT, What is the easiest solo to 50 if fully twinked?

Also +1 for SK. I did 1-50 on my DE SK mainly solo and small group twinked to the teeth and it was faster and more comfortable than on my monk

May I ask why? I am thinking of starting a SK or a monk as a twink. I think SK is more interesting (spells are neat), but I have always heard monk is better to lvl.
