As far as I can tell people dont really farm Royals anymore. Chardok revamp should be out very soon and that will change though. And if someone was doing Royals it would most likely be for the Ench piece and you would not be able to loot. Join a guild and ask them to organize a raid for you.

Cleric piece, too.
