I think it's just bugged out. At least once of the many times I tried to upload auctions it said no unique prices and some of the auctions I tried to upload were less than 5 minutes old. I thought maybe it meant that someone else had already auctioned it at the same price and it was on the wiki, but I see pages with multiple people selling at the same price all the time.
Even when it's successful it doesn't always seem to actually upload the auctions. See -

When it does finally work it takes 5+ days, or at least did for me.
