For what it's worth, the screenshot shows 2 bashes, only 1 while actually casting. Yes that cast is interrupted, but so are the other non-bash casts due to push, so it's hard to draw any further conclusions there.
I really don't believe this is broken at all, but if it's something you believe strongly you may want to try corner tanking and gathering a much larger log that shows the only casts being interrupted are those where a bash went off. You would need something along those lines for people to actually consider this I think.
