Has anyone used an untwinked Rogue to solo 1-60?

I remember there was a guide someone had on Red on how to solo your rogue up to 60 without having a lot of gear. Pretty sure he was legit using potions to be able to kill blues or light blues and struggling through with stuff like killing a single Kelethin guard every 8 minutes to get through 59.

Pretty sure that was maybe Hasbinbad? And it was years ago. Not sure if I recall the name of his toon.
