Its not a she, you cant change your gender, HE is a mentally ill weirdo who wants attention. He does not go outside or have a life, or a career, and his family is probably so embarrassed of him he is an outcast.

His only interaction with the world is through forums and message boards and online games, that's what happens when you look too weird to have a job or friends, or even go to the store to buy a gallon of milk.
