I strongly think the classic casting animations are included when you patch your eq.
The lastest Project 1999 patch includes spellsnew.edd, Spellsnew.eff & SpellEffects Folder. --- Theres this: https://www.project1999.com/forums/s...d.php?t=128473 and found this: https://www.project1999.com/forums/s...d.php?t=129722 Both from 2013 no idea if they work still. Modifying graphics is a major gray area on p99. do so at your own risk.
