I dunno man... I used to speedbump for mobs back in the day on Live in Velious and I distinctly remember it being 3 server ticks of 6 seconds. Maybe it was actually 15 and it depended where you were at in the current server tick when you activated it and we just never knew that just like we didn't know about the hybrid xp penalty back in the day until it was explained by Verant/SOE at some point.

nononono Before velious it was 15s,. post velious certain patch. it's 18s.
I want to know if P99 has accurate timeline discipline timers or if it's still "a bug" and rangers only get 15s.
