You're absolutely right about #2! I remember being a dick as a guide and turning down names just to annoy people.

And since name popups had an account PID you could attach someone warnings for repeated offenses. 3 strikes and you called in artillery i.e. a GM to cone talk to someone.

Fuck, figured this happened. Some GMS were very kind tho, I remember I got my rogues first name changed TWICE on FV server
