How to activate the EQ-button ?

Well, i use the green UI from 1999 from here: https://www.eqinterface.com/list.php?skinnerid=21502


Have to admit, the button is here, i think it was hidden, as you suspected [You must be logged in to view images. Log in or Register.] ..outside of the screen, somehow i found it again.
And thanks for the options-windows-hotbar-hint, did not know that..will help in future for sure !
