How do I report a named kill steal?

He certainly does like to twist things to fit his needs. Yes, i stated i have many accounts. I stated that I would kill hadden with all of those accounts. I never once stated that I would KS them on all of them, i simply said i had other accounts for when i can't access "One" of them. If i can cost this guy 6 additional hours for the BS he was spewing in /say to the others that were there that have been trying for the earring, a 7 day ban is well worth it.

You, my son, have done more for the common good of decent Norrathians than any who has come before you. I approve, and I encourage you to continue to FTE the uncamped Hadden. As you were the last person to rightly kill the PH to Hadden, you are now the owner of said camp. Go forth, and conquer the sister fucker.
