I'm posting for any who searches for this errorcode in the future.

I got the SP-1 error and discovered in another forum post that the Getting Started page had an outdated link to the patch. Getting Started had 45 but 46 was available in the patch notes.

After I had the latest patch copied over the issue was fixed.
