I've been slamming the whole foods vegetarian and fruit fibers hammering out at least a double length perfectly formed unbroken soft log each morning from my improvised squatty potty.

I figure this is doing God's work and is as good a reason to live a loveless hate scarred cold dead lonely life as any.
