For the record, the whole "Chardok 2.0" patch has not been released yet. The Chardok part was, but many other parts of the patch are still coming (quite possibly including TStaff changes).

With the release of Chardok 2.0 tripple attack making Tstaff and 2hb in general much better.
And improved damage tables for 60th lvls and modified damage tables post 51st
