issue setting up gina

For future reference for folks with issues with log file related stuff. Move your Everquest folder out of program files. Windows is picky when it comes to what can be written in Program Files, it doesn't like another program auto writing to logs inside the program files because of this.

GINA is great, but it can take a bit of finagling to get it exactly how you want.
